Seasonal System Check
Are you wanting to make sure your sprinkler system is good to go for the season?
There doesn’t have to be anything particularly wrong with your sprinkler system for you to want to give us a call or contact us. Seasonal checks are a great way to ensure that you are going to be able to keep your system up and running in the right manner. This is going to give you a bit more peace of mind. Especially if you are taking a long trip and you want to make sure that your lawn is going to still be green when you get back. Also of course, if your business happens to depend on your sprinkler or drip system.
How Seasonal is Seasonal?
Although the hot dry climate around here seems like a constant at times that last all year round. There are some variations and it could be a good idea to check on the system right before we are going to start the summer. We tend to get some rain in the first couple of months of the year. June is really dry, so giving us a call around May could be a good idea. Then September it gets really, really dry again. That is another time of the year when you are probably going to want to give us a call.
What We Check For
We check the water pressure first and foremost. That really is the easiest way to know if we are dealing with a problem in the system. It is a lot like when you go to the doctor and the first thing that they want to see is your blood pressure. If that checks out then we are pretty much doing other tests to see if we can find broken or otherwise damaged equipment. We can do a performance test to see if the sprinkler heads are getting water where they are supposed to.
What Happens In The Event That We Find A Problem
Some companies will offer inspections and checks ups just as a cover to try and force you into buying a particular service that you may or may not need. We never want people to feel like that about our services. Mainly because what tends to happen is that people will not want checkups because they feel like they are a scam, so more problems actually come up. What we do is we give you a report when we are done, where we suggest what your course of action should be. We can recommend some type of repair service. We are not going to push you to book one from us right then and there.
You Give Us The Time and Place
With virtually all of the services that we provide, we like to get the chance to really do diligent work. There are instances of course when we have to work under pressure. Yet, that is not what usually happens. We recommend that you book these services in advance and ask us to come in at a day and time when you are going to give us enough time to check through the whole system. That way we don’t miss anything for being in a hurry!
